All ticketed shows should be booked online. You are welcome to turn up at the door for our house sessions -but if you have a group coming, or want to be guaranteed a table seat -it’s best to reserve a table. All bookings and reservations can be done easily through our what’s on calendar.

Most of our shows run for 2 hours. It’s always best to arrive early to get seated and check our fabulous menu. If you would like to stay for a second show without a ticket – it will depend on capacity.

We’re a stylish venue and require smart casual attire.

Yes, there is disabled access, and a disabled carpark in our underground carpark.

We recommend you arrive 1 hour prior to the show.

Not at all. Dining is not essential, but certainly a temptation. However, group bookings are often serviced better when meals are ordered ahead, and we offer a 5% discount on all our dinner show packages booked online.

Yes you do. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. We strongly encourage children to come to our Family Friendly sessions on Saturday and Sunday lunch, and our early house band session on Thursday evenings at 6pm. No Door charge for kids, and excellent meal options available.

Yes we do. GF and Vegan options are available. More specific requirements are best pre-arranged, and can be done through our reserve a table buttons on the what’s on calendar.

VIP tables will guarantee you the best seats and tables in the house! General admin and standing room tickets are also available.

Yes, given there is room and we haven’t sold out, we are happy to admit you at the door.

Yes, as long as a ticket can be scanned, we can enter whoever holds it.


Providing we haven’t sold out, you can stay on in the standing room areas.

As long as we aren’t booked out you will be able to enter the Bar and use the non-music rooms, or watch from the standing room areas.
